Training will be every Monday and Wednesday meet 6.35pm for 6:45pm start: at West Bridgford RFU, Stamford Road, West Bridgford, Notts, NG2 6GF.

All players are welcome, regardless of experience or ability. We have both players who have played for a number of years and players who gave it a go for the first time with us.

ABOUT US

West Bridgford Ladies will have big changes when the new season starts again. We are entering a new league, Women’s NC 1 Midlands, which gives us the opportunity to test our skills against a whole new set of teams. With two new Head Coaches now in place (Murray Wilson and Pierre Byworth) we are feeling confident about our winning prospects. Both Pierre and Murray have a wealth of experience coaching women's rugby and are a real asset to the team. They’re almost guaranteed to get us playing like the Red Roses by the end of the season! So whatever your experience or skill level they will be able to help you make measurable improvements to your rugby playing.

Our ambitions for this season include not only winning a fair few games but also becoming even more integrated with the club as a whole. There are lots of plans in the works for joint social and charity events plus lots of chances to support the men's teams.
